How far in advance should I book?: We recommend booking at least 1-3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons like spring and fall. Maternity and newborn sessions should be booked early to ensure availability.
Can I include my pets in my session?: Yes! We are huge animal lovers, so if you want to include your furry friend in your session, We are all for it. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Where are you located, and do you travel for sessions?: Our studio is based in Wooster, Ohio, but we travel throughout Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and beyond! Whether you want a local session or an epic destination shoot, we are always up for an adventure.
What payment options do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Afterpay, so you can choose the option that works best for you!
Do you offer both studio and outdoor sessions?: Absolutely! Our studio is perfect for a cozy, controlled setting, but we also love getting outdoors for natural, scenic backdrops. Whether it's an urban downtown vibe, a sunlit field, or your favorite park, we'll help you find the perfect location.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a new suitable date. While our session fee is non-refundable, it is transferable to a new session date!
Will we get digital images?: We offer a variety of digital collections as well as high-quality print products like albums and wall art to showcase your favorite images beautifully.
Do you offer prints and albums?: Yes! We believe your memories deserve more than just a screen. We offer heirloom quality prints, canvases, and custom albums designed to last a lifetime.
